We welcome you to the Porch

College is not just fun and games- life can get messy, and can challenge you to the core of your identity. So, at Jacob’s Porch we have room to wonder who Jesus is and where he fits into our lives, what God is doing in the world, and how we can become a part of it.

If you are looking for a place where everyone believes exactly the same thing, you won't find what you're looking for here. If you are looking for a community where everyone will have the same opinions as you do about politics, religion, life or whatever, you won't find what you're looking for here. If you are looking for a church where questions are discouraged, you won't find what you're looking for here. 

BUT, if you are ready to wrestle with God and your faith, be in community with people who are different than you, and to live into the values of humility, vulnerability, dignity and authenticity all under the banner of Jesus, then this may be the place for you.

If you are a college-age student in the area, we welcome you to join us in community. While we are in walking distance of OSU, students drive from other university areas to come to the Porch. Come join us or visit and connect with fellow students from your university.
